It is primarily an offline field sales and business development role. You will be responsible for expanding Konkan Explorers' network by developing partnerships across Goa with hotels, luxury resorts, boutique stays, villas, restaurants, travel companies, corporates, educational institutions, event planners, and other organizations that can generate business.

You will own the complete partnership lifecycle from identifying opportunities and making presentations to following up, closing partnerships, and nurturing long-term relationships.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel.
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Passion for tourism, hospitality, and experiential travel.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
