Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Engineer (Fresher) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about technical sales and eager to build a career in the industrial and hydraulic equipment industry. The selected candidate will receive product training and work closely with senior sales professionals to develop business opportunities across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential customers.
- Visit industrial customers to understand their requirements and promote our hydraulic products.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.




- Coordinate with the internal sales and technical teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Meet assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
- Travel to customer sites across India as required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong willingness to learn technical products.
- Basic understanding of Mechanical Engineering concepts.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.

Eligibility

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production, Automobile, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or hydraulics will be an added advantage.
