We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling & College Outreach Intern to join our team on a Work From Home (WFH) Internship. The selected intern will connect with colleges, schools, and customers to coordinate workshops, schedule meetings, and build professional relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Hindi and English, be comfortable making outbound calls, and possess a proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills. This internship offers hands-on experience in telecalling, client communication, and educational outreach while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact colleges and schools to coordinate workshop conduction.
- Communicate with customers and resolve their basic queries.
- Explain workshop details clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with colleges, schools, and customers.
- Maintain daily call reports and update records.




- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth workshop execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Confident in speaking with colleges, schools, and customers.
- Good telecalling and convincing skills.
- Robust time management and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
