Job Description

BRIKitt is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Reservation Executive to handle client inquiries, schedule property visits, and manage bookings efficiently. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to property inquiries and reservations.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits for prospective clients.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and confirm appointments.
- Provide accurate information about properties, services, and offers.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare daily reports on bookings,



appointments, and customer interactions.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, reservations, telecalling, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
