Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 CTC per Month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive with 1–3 years of experience to provide technical and application support to clients. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support via phone, email, ticketing systems, and remote access tools.
- Diagnose and resolve application, software, and system-related issues.
- Monitor system alerts and coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Document customer issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately.
- Assist clients with application configuration, software updates, and deployments.
- Ensure prompt issue resolution while adhering to defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 1–3 years of experience in Technical Support or Application Support.
- Good understanding of SQL, databases, networking concepts, and ticketing systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with AWS, SaaS applications, IoT solutions, GPS Tracking Systems, or REST APIs will be an added advantage.
