Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and performance-driven Business Development

Manager to lead growth initiatives for Ather (EV) and Honda (ICE vehicles). The role

requires strong planning, Excel-based data analysis, and market intelligence to drive sales

and service revenue.

Key Responsibilities – Sales Development

 Drive retail and institutional sales for Ather EVs and Honda vehicles

 Generate leads via field, digital, and corporate tie-ups

 Execute sales strategies based on data insights

 Organize test rides, events, and campaigns

 Achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Service Business Growth

 Increase workshop footfall and revenue

 Promote AMC, warranties, and service packages

 Drive repeat business through follow-ups

 Support upselling using data insights

Planning & Data Analysis

 Prepare monthly and yearly business plans

 Use advanced Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

 Track sales funnel and conversion ratios

 Forecast demand and plan inventory

Market Study & Strategy

 Conduct competitor and market research

 Track pricing, schemes, and trends





 Identify EV growth opportunities

 Plan territory strategies

Customer Relationship Management

 Ensure high customer satisfaction

 Handle escalations effectively

 Build long-term client relationships

Reporting & Coordination

 Prepare MIS reports

 Present insights to management

 Coordinate with OEM teams

Key Skills

 Strong planning and analytical skills

 Advanced Excel knowledge

 Market research expertise

 Communication and negotiation skills

 Automobile/EV knowledge preferred

Qualifications & Experience

 Graduate (MBA preferred)

 3–7 years in automobile sales/service

 Strong data analysis experience

 EV experience preferred

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
