1. Position Title: E-Commerce and Marketing Jr. Executive

Job Description

Location: Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month (Based on skill level)

Office Timings: Monday – Friday, 11:30 AM – 08:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize and manage a diverse range of digital content, including images, videos, and copy, ensuring accuracy and alignment with the current product lineup.
- Proactively manage product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, and Shopify by adding new products, updating existing listings, and optimizing product visibility.
- Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure accurate product categorization and effective content distribution across all channels.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve online merchandising, advertising, and digital marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance, market trends, and competitor activity to optimize sales strategies.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance brand visibility and online reach.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to boost brand engagement and increase sales.
- Stay updated on market dynamics, including supply and demand trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities, to optimize product positioning.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce activities, generating detailed reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Review and approve marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with company leadership to define marketing budgets and strategic goals.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

- Robust knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay,



Shopify) with hands-on experience in managing product listings.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in online advertising and analytics tools such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and content creation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze performance and adjust strategies for improved results.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and sales performance to adjust strategies.
- Approve marketing campaigns and plans, aligning with brand objectives and budget.
- Track e-commerce performance and generate reports.
