Position Summary

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Mechanical Engineers to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building long-term customer relationships, and promoting EXPO Group's range of industrial products and solutions. This role combines technical expertise with consultative selling to deliver value-driven solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Generate enquiries through field visits, customer meetings, industrial networking, and market research.
- Promote and sell EXPO Group's industrial products and engineering solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical support, order processing, and project execution.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and payment collections.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and visit plans.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.





Eligibility

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2–6 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Sales, or Engineering Sales.
- Fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand engineering products.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Travel Requirements

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid driving licence is preferred.
