Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and creative Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen Worldify's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, running digital campaigns, and generating quality leads to support student admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow Worldify's presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

- Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.

- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, captions, and videos.

- Design or coordinate creatives with the design team.

- Run and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for lead generation.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with the online community.

- Track social media performance, engagement, reach, and lead generation.

- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.





- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform algorithms.

- Coordinate with the Admissions and Counselling team to align marketing campaigns with business goals.

- Cover education fairs, webinars, and company events for social media content when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred).

- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing or social media management.

- Freshers with a solid portfolio and creative skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Meta Ads Manager.

- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, InShot, or similar editing tools.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.

- Creative, organized, and target-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work under deadlines.

- Willingness to commute or relocate to Ramesh Nagar, Delhi.
