As a Data Architect, a typical day involves defining the data requirements and designing the structure necessary for the application. This role includes modeling the data architecture to ensure productive storage and seamless integration across various components. The position requires a thoughtful approach to organizing data flows and collaborating with different teams to align the data framework with project goals, ensuring that the application s data infrastructure supports both current and future needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




- Lead the development and implementation of data architecture strategies to support business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on data requirements and solutions.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable data models and storage solutions.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Ability to analyze complex data requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on optimizing data architecture for performance and reliability.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Automation Architecture.

- This position is based at our M2B - STPI location.
