Job Description

We’re looking for a B2B SaaS Content Writer to create high-quality, customer-focused content for AI-native field service management platform. You’ll create content that improves organic visibility, educates prospects, supports product adoption, and generates qualified leads across the SaaS buyer journey.

Required Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience writing content for B2B SaaS products.

- Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and research skills.

- Robust understanding of SEO, search intent, and content optimization.

- Experience creating blogs, product pages, landing pages, comparison pages, case studies, and knowledge base articles.

- Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or SEMrush.

- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or NotebookLM.

- Ability to simplify technical concepts into engaging,



customer-focused content.

- Experience targeting international audiences is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Create high-quality SaaS content including blogs, product pages, feature pages, landing pages, comparison pages, and case studies.

- Research customer pain points, competitors, and industry trends.

- Optimize content using SEO best practices and AI search optimization techniques.

- Develop topical authority through content clusters and internal linking.

- Collaborate with SEO, Product, Marketing, and Design teams.

- Monitor content performance and continuously optimize for traffic, rankings, engagement, and conversions.

- Use AI tools responsibly to improve research, ideation, editing, and productivity.

- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer-facing content.
