Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies for international B2B events.
· Manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels.
· Drive delegate registrations and support sponsor marketing initiatives.
· Collaborate with Sales, Production, Design, and Partnerships teams.
· Monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and prepare performance reports.
· Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and external partners.
· Stay updated on industry trends and identify recent growth opportunities.




· Perform ongoing lead research and maintain up-to-date target prospect lists within the CRM to support campaign targeting.
· Build and maintain target prospect lists within the CRM through ongoing lead research.

Requirements:
· 8-10 years of marketing experience, including 3-4 years of managerial role, in B2B events, conferences, media, or technology.
· Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email marketing, and analytics tools.
· Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable results.
· Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
· Experience in technology-focused or business events (e.g., Fintech, AI, blockchain) is highly beneficial.

Pay: ₹123,456.00 - ₹987,654.00 per year
