Job Responsibilities:

- Generate effective leads & acquire databases through extensive web research and mass communication such as Email and Social media and is able to identify suitable clients
- Perform day-to-day Email marketing activities including, but not only limited to, messaging, email campaign design, editing, testing, and deployment of one-time, recurring triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns
- Perform competitive analysis and make plan for new strategies
- Strategise and design email marketing campaigns. This includes (but is not limited to) developing copy and subject lines, designing email templates, building email lists, and more
- Manage a report on email marketing campaigns and results and use the results to determine effective ROI,



make suggestions for improvements, and establish best practices to be followed
- Upgrade the email templates using suitable graphics, personalization and advanced features for better user experience
- Create an email databases of lead generation for proper record
- Plan and design different CTAs for email templates
- Test achievement of each campaign and determine email marketing KPIs
- Create a lead generation strategy and increase email subscriptions
- Evaluate campaign performance and suggest techniques for improvements
- Categorize and segment email lists of people on the basis of past email engagement and website interactions
- Make documentation and guides for processes, A/B tests and promotions that prevail through email
- Write a report on revenue generated from email marketing endeavors
- Stay updated on various email marketing best practices and strategies

Requirements:

- Highly creative and motivated individual with experience in identifying target audiences
- Must be capable to generate leads through Social Media platform like LinkedIn and Email Marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of various email marketing tools like Mailchimp,Hubspot,Drip etc
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and tools in the digital marketing space
- Knowledge of SMO, qualitative data digging from internet research
- Good Knowledge of the tools used in Email marketing such as Hubspot
