Job Description – Site Storekeeper (Civil)

Company: Indus Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Experience: 2–4 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech (Civil) Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming and outgoing construction materials.
- Verify material receipts against PO, challans, and invoices.
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records, and material issue slips.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely material replenishment.
- Conduct physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Purchase, and Billing teams.
- Prepare daily stock reports using MS Excel/ERP.
- Ensure proper material storage, documentation, and minimize material loss and wastage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in store operations for building construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction materials and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software.
