The problems range across excessive screen time, digital addiction and dopamine-driven content, exposure to unregulated and age-inappropriate content, gaming etc.

The problem is severe, growing at an unprecedented rate, and is one with a solution in sight.

About the role:

We're looking for a Video Editor to join our marketing team and help turn ideas, interviews, podcasts,

product demos, and social content into compelling stories.

· 4–7 years of video editing experience

· Strong understanding of social-first content across Instagram, , You Tube and other digital

platforms

· Ability to create rapid-paced,



engaging edits optimized for audience retention

· Motion graphics skills are a big plus

· Experience working with founders, brands, or startups is preferred

· Good storytelling instincts and attention to detail

What you will work on

· Social media content

· Founder-led videos

· Podcasts and interviews

· Product explainers

· Campaign and launch content

This is a full-time work from office opportunity, where our office is located in the not-so-crowded streets of Gurgaon.
