Role Clarity & Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing

- Source talent through Linked In, Job Portals, Referrals & AI tools

- Build talent pipelines using Headhunting & Market Mapping

- Identify passive and niche talent

Candidate Assessment

- Screen and shortlist candidates

- Evaluate skills, experience & role fit

- Prepare candidate profiles for client review

Recruitment Delivery

- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining

- Deliver hiring mandates within defined timelines

- Ensure a seamless candidate experience

Client Coordination

- Understand hiring requirements

- Coordinate interviews and feedback





- Build strong client relationships through timely communication

Recruitment Operations

- Maintain ATS and recruitment trackers

- Keep candidate records updated

- Support hiring reports and recruitment documentation

RequirementsWhat We're Looking For
Experience

- 1–3 years in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search

- Recruitment Consultancy experience (Mandatory)

- Experience hiring for Sales, Bulk and Leadership roles preferred
