Role Description This is a full-time, in office French Travel Executive role based in South Delhi. The French Travel Executive will handle inquiries from French-speaking clients, design customized itineraries within India and neighboring countries, and manage complete travel arrangements including transport, accommodation, and activities. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on destinations and experiences, preparing quotations, coordinating bookings with hotels and transport partners, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication in French and English.



The role involves proactive customer service before, during, and after travel, resolving issues, maintaining client records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless, high-quality travel experiences.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking transport, accommodations, tours, and handling itinerary changes.
- Strong Travel Consulting skills, with the ability to understand client preferences, recommend suitable destinations and packages, and create tailored itineraries.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to manage queries, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good command of English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry, preferably with inbound travel to India and neighboring countries.
- Comfort using travel booking systems, CRM tools, and standard office software; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, languages, business, or a related field is preferred.
