Join our team and help hospitals successfully implement and use HealthPilot. NThis is an entry-level opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience. Previous healthcare technology experience is not required—we will provide complete product and implementation training. N nKey responsibilities: N
- Support the implementation of HealthPilot at hospital sites N
- Train and guide hospital staff on using the platform N
- Provide ongoing user support and resolve basic queries N
- Observe how hospital teams use the product and identify areas where they need assistance N
- Gather user feedback and share actionable insights with our product and development teams N
- Help improve product adoption and the overall customer experience N nWe’re looking for someone who: N




- Is a recent graduate orhas up to one year of work experience N
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills N
- Is comfortable trainingand supporting hospital staff N
- Is patient, proactive, and willing to learn N
- Can understand technology and explain it in straightforward terms N
- Is willing to travel tohospital sites when required NGraduates from healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, hospital administration, business, IT, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
