Job Description – Senior Java Developer (C2H) Role: Senior Java Developer Experience: 7+ Years Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Bangalore Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Java Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based application development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications. Build and enhance RESTful APIs and Microservices. Develop backend services using Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot. Integrate applications with databases and third-party services. Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices. Perform code reviews and ensure high code quality.



Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and DevOps engineers. Required Skills 8+ years of hands-on experience in Java development. Robust expertise in Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, and JVM concepts. Experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and Spring Security. Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture.
