We offer comprehensive portfolio of low-voltage switchgear, medium-voltage switchgear, automation solutions, software, and services catering to diverse segments, including homes, agriculture, buildings, infrastructure, and industry.Designation:– Manager– Paint ShopDepartment: Manufacturing - PAINT SHOPExperience: 5–6 years in powder coating operations (special process exposure mandatory)Key Responsibilities:Overall responsibility for daily production planning and execution of the powder coating plantManpower management, deployment, and productivity monitoringEnsuring process adherence and quality standards in powder coating (special process)Conducting and ensuring daily testing and inspection activities as requiredHandling and monitoring ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) & STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) operationsEnsuring compliance with MPCB (Maharashtra Pollution Control Board) guidelines and regulationsCoordinating with and managing audits/visits of MPCB inspectorsImplementation and adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) normsContinuous improvement in process efficiency, cost control, and quality enhancementFunctional Competencies - Powder Coating Process Expertise (Special Process Control)Strong knowledge of end-to-end powder coating operations (pretreatment to curing)Ability to control critical process parameters (DFT, curing temperature, adhesion,
