The instructional designer will work to agreed design quality standards and processes, using approved templates and tools, and will collaborate with other designers and learning professionals to support the continuous improvement of design and development speed, efficiency, and quality. In addition, the designer will develop and maintain strong relationships with content owners, Subject Matter Reviewers (SMRs), learning and performance consultants, developers, deployment teams, and vendors.Your key responsibilitiesActively participate in Skills Needs Analysis (SNA) conversations leading to the design of learning solutions.Draft learning objectives that meet EY quality standardsApply effective learning strategies and design guidelines to ensure the creation of impactful learning materials.Assist in drafting Learning Solution Plans and contribute to the continuous improvement of learning solutions.Create comprehensive learning documents (e.G., Storyboards, trainer/participant decks for Physical and Virtual Classroom programs)
