Demonstrate an understanding of more complex technical issuesDrive the tax return preparation process, review complex tax returns and other tax deliverablesAble to prepare the statement of taxable income, necessary tax adjustments, Tax effect accounting and consolidation groups, Thin Cap adjustments etc.
