Experienced in recruiting corporate-level roles, flexible to source for all role levels, and able to support with administrative tasks, with 3+ years of experience in high-volume, hourly recruitment. This is a remote opportunity ideally suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, meets KPIs consistently, and is confident engaging with candidates via phone and video.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and hire hourly-level talent for retail and service roles
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews with professionalism and confidence
- Communicate clearly and effectively with candidates in English (verbal & written)
- Use ATS tools to manage pipelines and track progress independently
- Maintain accurate data in Excel and recruitment trackers
- Craft short, professional messages to ensure positive candidate experience
- Work towards and meet recruitment KPIs and deadlines
- Adapt to evolving business needs with a problem-solving mindset
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruiting experience for US Clients (hourly or high-volume preferred)
- Strong phone presence and ability to represent the company confidently
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data tracking
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Trustworthy, reliable, and self-motivated
- Skilled appearance and demeanor for video interviews
- Comfortable working night shifts aligned to U.S. hours
