JD for Salesforce QATest Engineer Consumer Goods Cloud CG Cloud Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QATest Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud CG Cloud and Consumer Goods business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating Salesforce applications, ensuring high-quality releases, and working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and product owners to deliver scalable solutions for Consumer Goods organizations. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Salesforce applications. Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and User Acceptance Testing UAT support. Validate Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, including: o Retail Execution,Visit Planning o Store Audits o Surveys o Task Management o Promotion Execution o Inventory Checks o Order Capture o Product Catalog o Test end-to-end Consumer Goods business processes such as: o Route Planning o Field Sales Operations o Merchandising o Trade Promotions o Retail Store Execution o Customer Visits Validate integrations between Salesforce and ERP systems SAP, Oracle, etc., middleware, and third-party applications. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or SoapUI. Create and maintain test data, defect reports, and traceability matrices. Log, track, and manage defects using Jira or Azure DevOps. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.



Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and identify test scenarios. Support release validation and production deployments. Ensure compliance with QA standards and best practices. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud CG Cloud. Strong understanding of Consumer Goods business processes. Experience testing: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consumer Goods Cloud Mobile applications Solid knowledge of Salesforce data model and security. Experience in functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman or SoapUI. Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of SQL for data validation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Salesforce automation tools such as playwright, or Selenium. Experience with CICD pipelines Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps. Knowledge of Salesforce DX and release management. Experience testing Salesforce mobile applications. Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce certifications are a plus. Experience in Consumer Goods, Retail, or FMCG industries.
