Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Canada Customer & Sales Support Specialist to support our Canadian business operations. This role combines Accounts Receivable (A/R) follow-up, customer service, and lead qualification, helping improve collections, reactivate dormant customers, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B collections, customer service, inside sales, or lead generation, with excellent communication skills and the confidence to handle outbound customer interactions professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (25%)

- Contact customers regarding outstanding and overdue invoices.
- Confirm invoice receipt, payment status, and expected payment dates.
- Resend invoices, account statements, proof of delivery, and supporting documents.
- Identify payment disputes, pricing discrepancies, shortages, or documentation issues.
- Follow up on customer commitments and coordinate with Finance, Customer Service, or Sales teams.
- Maintain detailed records of customer conversations and payment commitments.

Customer & Sales Support (75%)

- Conduct outbound calls to inactive customers, prospects, and assigned leads.
- Verify customer information, purchasing activity, and decision-maker details.
- Understand reasons for reduced purchasing activity and identify business opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on business needs, buying intent, and sales readiness.
- Schedule follow-ups and hand over qualified opportunities to the Sales team.
- Update CRM with accurate customer information, call notes, and lead status.

Required Skills





- Experience in outbound calling, customer service, collections, inside sales, or lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Professional telephone etiquette.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Experience using CRM systems, MS Excel, Outlook, and ERP software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in B2B Accounts Receivable or collections.
- Customer reactivation or lead qualification experience.
- Background in Automotive, Heavy-Duty Truck Parts, Industrial Parts, or Distribution industries.
- Experience handling Canadian customers.
- Native Punjabi speaking ability is preferred.
- French language proficiency is an added advantage.
