About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India marketing studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early team. You will help take a brand millions already know to new audiences, working closely with experienced marketers. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of campaigns across channels, keep projects on track, and learn the craft of marketing in a real, high-output team. This is a strong early-career seat with room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support

- Help plan and execute campaigns across social, email, and web
- Coordinate timelines, assets, and approvals across the team
- Brief designers and writers and keep work moving to deadline

Tracking & Coordination

- Pull together performance reports and basic campaign analytics




- Maintain the content calendar and keep trackers up to date
- Support research on audiences, competitors, and trends

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 0 to 2 years in marketing, or strong internships and projects
- Genuine interest in brands, campaigns, and consumer marketing
- Strong organisation, ownership, and attention to detail
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to social platforms, email tools, or basic analytics
- A degree or coursework in marketing, communications, or business
- Any portfolio of campaigns, content, or college projects
