About the Company

A Big-4-style professional-services firm is building its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its HR generalist for the centre. You will be the go-to person for HR across practice groups as the centre grows, balancing structure with the pace of a professional-services environment. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an HR Generalist, you will own the full spread of HR support for the centre — advising practice leads, resolving employee-relations matters, and keeping policies and compliance consistent across multiple practice groups.

Key Responsibilities

HR Advisory & Employee Relations

- Partner with practice leads and managers on day-to-day HR matters
- Handle employee-relations issues and performance conversations with discretion
- Coach managers on feedback, conduct, and people decisions

Policy, Compliance & Reporting





- Administer HR policies consistently across practice groups
- Maintain compliance with Indian labour law and internal HR audits
- Track HR metrics and prepare reporting for centre leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3 to 7 years in HR generalist or business-partner roles
- Comfort advising senior stakeholders across multiple teams
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law and HR compliance
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Exposure to a professional-services, consulting, or Big-4-style environment
- Familiarity with utilisation and staffing models common to services firms
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in HR
