About the Company

A leading global bank is establishing its India centre and has partnered with Flexiple to build its finance function. You will be a senior voice on a team that owns the numbers a marquee institution runs on. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will lead planning and analysis cycles end to end, owning the forecasts, board reporting, and deep-dive analysis that shape capital and cost decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Forecasting

- Own annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
- Lead variance analysis and explain drivers to senior stakeholders
- Build scenario and sensitivity models for major decisions

Reporting & Review

- Prepare board-level and leadership reporting packs
- Partner with business heads on cost,



headcount, and spend
- Mentor junior analysts and raise the bar on reporting quality

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years in FP&A;, financial analysis, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel modelling and confident stakeholder communication
- A structured, detail-driven thinker comfortable with ambiguity
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in banking, financial services, or a global GCC
- CA, CFA, or MBA in Finance
- Hands-on with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or a planning tool
