Role Description The Export Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving international sales and market expansion for cotton yarns, fabrics, and home textiles. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and analyzing target markets, developing export marketing plans, and managing relationships with overseas clients, agents, and distributors. The role involves coordinating export orders from inquiry to shipment, preparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring compliance with export documentation and regulations. The Export Marketing Manager will collaborate with production, logistics, and finance teams to meet delivery schedules and customer specifications, while monitoring market trends, competitor activity,



and pricing in key regions. The role also includes participating in trade fairs, digital outreach, and promotional campaigns to strengthen the company's brand in international markets.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Market Research and International Marketing to identify opportunities and develop effective export strategies.
- Knowledge of International Business and Export operations, including documentation, compliance, and trade regulations.
- Proven experience in International Sales, managing overseas clients, and negotiating contracts and pricing.
- Understanding of textile products (yarns, fabrics, home textiles) and global textile market dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, Textile Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional foreign language skills are beneficial.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or export management tools; familiarity with international trade platforms is a plus.
