Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide functional support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and related enterprise finance applications across global business teams.
- Investigate application issues, troubleshoot production incidents, manage tickets, identify root causes, and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Support ERP master data, user administration, business configurations, access controls, and data quality across multiple entities.
- Participate in ERP upgrades, testing, UAT, migrations, release validation, and post-deployment support.
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and improve system usability.
- Support reporting, financial applications, Power BI initiatives, automation opportunities, and continuous process improvements.
- Assist with onboarding new business entities through configuration, migration support, user enablement, and operational stabilization.
- Help improve governance, documentation, knowledge management, and business adoption of enterprise applications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise business applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Dynamics NAV.
- Positive understanding of Finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable,



Month-end Close, Journals, Financial Reporting, and reconciliations.
- Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, migrations, UAT, production support, or business application rollouts.
- Strong troubleshooting, stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience with Power BI, Tagetik, finance automation, reporting tools, or ERP product ownership is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
