About the Company

A global logistics leader is building its India finance centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its core accounting team. You will keep the books accurate for a business that moves goods across the world every day. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As an Accountant, you will own day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting, keeping the ledger clean and close-ready every month.

Key Responsibilities

Books & Reconciliation

- Record and review journal entries, accruals, and ledger postings
- Reconcile bank, vendor, and intercompany accounts accurately
- Process accounts payable and receivable on schedule

Reporting & Compliance

- Support month-end and year-end close with clean schedules
- Maintain documentation for audits and statutory filings
- Help prepare GST, TDS,



and other routine compliance inputs

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2 to 6 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or general ledger roles
- Solid grasp of double-entry accounting and month-end close
- Comfort with Tally, Zoho Books, or an ERP, plus spreadsheets
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Com or M.Com, with CA Inter an advantage
- Exposure to a GCC, shared-services, or multinational environment
- Familiarity with Indian GST and TDS compliance
