Job Summar

yWe are seeking an experienced Candidate with solid Oil & Gas Downstream (Refining) industry experience who has successfully transitioned into consulting. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in refinery business processes, value chain optimization, digital transformation, and strategic advisory. This role involves partnering with global energy clients to drive operational excellence, business transformation, and technology-enabled initiatives across the downstream value chain

.Key Responsibilitie

- sLead strategic consulting engagements for Oil & Gas clients across the downstream refining value chain
- .Analyze refinery business processes including crude procurement, refining operations, production planning, blending, inventory management, logistics, and product distribution
- .Conduct value chain assessments, operational benchmarking, and process optimization initiatives
- .Develop business cases, feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and financial models (NPV, IRR, DCF, sensitivity analysis)
- .Perform market assessments, competitive intelligence, supply-demand analysis, and regulatory impact studies
- .Drive digital transformation initiatives across refinery operations leveraging analytics, automation, AI, and data-driven insights




- .Collaborate with client stakeholders to identify business challenges and define transformation roadmaps
- .Facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and executive presentations
- .Translate business requirements into consulting recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- .Support large transformation programs involving ERP, digital platforms, cloud technologies, and operational excellence initiatives
- .Lead cross-functional and multicultural teams while managing client relationships and project governance
- .Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development, proposals, and thought leadership

.Required Experienc

- e10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas with significant exposure to Downstream Refining
- .Prior experience working directly within an Oil & Gas company before transitioning into consulting
