Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include managing ad account structures, building and testing ad sets and creatives, monitoring campaign performance, and making data-driven adjustments to maximize ROAS and other key metrics. The role also involves collaborating with designers, developers, and content teams to align landing pages, web store optimizations, and messaging with campaign objectives. The Performance Marketer will prepare regular performance reports, provide insights,



and recommend strategies to improve conversion rates and customer acquisition. This is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications

- Strong performance marketing skills, including campaign setup, optimization, and scaling on platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media channels.
- Proficiency in analytics and measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, pixel/event tracking, A/B testing, and interpreting data to drive decision-making.
- Experience collaborating on web design and development initiatives, focusing on conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, and Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of social media and influencer marketing strategies, with an understanding of audience segmentation, content performance, and partner/creator collaboration.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative, technical, and client-facing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in achieving high ROAS or similar campaign success metrics, preferably in agency or e-commerce environments.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Jaipur, with a focus on ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
