About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. This role is an excellent chance for an early-career skilled looking to build a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting, SaaS metrics, and business operations within a fast-growing SaaS company.

At PriceEasy, finance and accounting play a critical role in providing accurate financial information, maintaining strong controls, and supporting business growth. You will work closely with the global finance team and gain exposure to accounting processes, revenue recognition, ARR reporting, personnel reporting, and financial systems.

This role is based in Bangalore and is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow their career in accounting and finance.

What You'll Do

• Raise customer invoices accurately and on time; track and follow up on outstanding invoices.

• Record and reconcile revenue transactions in line with company policy and applicable accounting standards.

• Process and account for business expenses, ensuring correct classification, approvals, and supporting documentation.

• Maintain the general ledger and perform periodic reconciliations of revenue, expense, and other key accounts.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial and management reports for the Finance and Accounts Manager.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and adjustment entries.

• Assist with internal and statutory audits by preparing schedules and responding to auditor queries.

• Ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations (GST/TDS) relevant to invoicing and expense accounting.

• Identify and help resolve discrepancies in accounting records; support process improvements in the accounting workflow

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or Finance (B.Com or equivalent); part-qualified CA/CMA is a plus.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with hands-on exposure to invoicing, revenue, and expense accounting.

• Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, SAP, or similar ERP systems).

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and reconciliation work.

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and TDS provisions.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet reporting deadlines.

• Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to work full-time, onsite from PriceEasy's Bengaluru office.
