Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate JavaScript Trainer to deliver engaging training programs for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in JavaScript, up-to-date web development technologies, and a proven ability to simplify complex concepts and mentor learners effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver classroom, online, and hybrid training sessions on JavaScript and related technologies.
- Design and develop training content, course materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Train participants on JavaScript fundamentals and advanced concepts, including:
- ES6+ Features
- DOM Manipulation
- Asynchronous JavaScript (Promises, Async/Await)
- Event Handling
- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- API Integration
- Error Handling
- Conduct practical coding sessions, workshops, and project-based learning activities.
- Mentor learners and provide technical guidance throughout the training program.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with curriculum development teams to enhance course content.
- Assist learners in building real-world projects and preparing for technical interviews.

Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).




- Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Web Design.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:
- React.js
- Angular
- Vue.js (preferred)
- Knowledge of:
- Node.js
- REST APIs
- JSON
- Git/GitHub
- Webpack/NPM
- Understanding of software development best practices and debugging techniques.

Training & Communication Skills

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to learners with varying skill levels.
- Strong mentoring and classroom management abilities.
- Experience creating training materials and assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of JavaScript development experience.
- 1+ year of training, teaching, or mentoring experience.
- Experience delivering corporate or academic training programs.
- Certification in web development or related technologies is an advantage.
