Job Title: Quantitative Aptitude Trainer

Location: Chandigarh Group of Colleges,Landran

Job Type: Full-time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Train students on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation for campus placements, competitive exams, and higher studies.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans, practice tests, and mock sessions.
- Provide one-to-one mentoring and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track and evaluate student performance through assessments.
- Develop new teaching material, shortcuts, and problem-solving techniques to enhance learning.
- Coordinate with placement/academic team to ensure students’ readiness for exams and interviews.

Required Skills:

- Robust command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and DI.
- Ability to teach shortcut methods and quick-solving techniques.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Patience and ability to engage with students of varying learning levels.

Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics/Engineering/Management or related field.
- Prior experience in aptitude training, coaching, or test prep (CAT, GRE, GMAT, SSC, Banking, etc.) preferred.
- Freshers with excellent aptitude skills may also apply.

Work Details:

- 5-day working week
- Timings - 9AM to 4:35PM
