- To focus on goal-oriented treatment training and formulate a care plan with tailor-made exercise’s protocols for every individual patient.
- Assessing the home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
- To teach patients on ADL training, transfers from bed to wheelchairs and vice versa
- Able to deliver all the bimanual and other hand training activities.
- Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.
- Developing rehabilitation programs to help clients regain lost skills.
- Preparing clients for a return to work.
- Educating caregivers and family members of clients on patient care.
- Evaluating results and progress of occupational therapy on clients.
- Recommend special equipment, such as wheelchairs and eating aids, and instruct patients on how to use that equipment.
- Documentation in the patient files and CRM (digital) to track the milestones on the real time updating.




- To focus on the Outcome assessment for every individual patient with the expected short term and long-term goals.
- To get updated on the EBP (evidence-based practice) on the current treatment techniques.
- To take part actively in journal discussions and case presentations.
- To be active team player and work in coordination with the other departments of therapy, ie Physiotherapy, Respiratory and Speech and swallow therapy (SLP)
- To adhere to the department timings and to work with the utmost satisfaction of the department authorities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
