We are looking for a skilled Accounting Executive with hands-on experience in ADP Payroll and exposure to Amazon DSP accounting. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations for U.S.-based clients while ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting from our Bangalore office.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete accounting operations
- Process payroll, including driver incentives, bonuses, reimbursements, and deductions.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and operational reports.
- Coordinate with U.S.-based clients to maintain accurate financial records.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and support tax related activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Preferred:



Experience in Amazon DSP accounting.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software.
- Good understanding of U.S. payroll processes and GAAP.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
- Willing to work from our Bangalore office.
