Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager (RM) to promote and sell loan products while building long-term relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads and acquire new customers for loan products such as Personal Loans and Business Loans.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct customer meetings, field visits, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives assigned by management.
- Ensure timely collection and verification of customer documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Stay updated on company products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–3 years in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services,



Insurance, or Direct Sales.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services will be an added advantage.
