Job Description: Site Engineer cum Interior Finishing Execution

Position: Site Engineer – Interior Finishing
Location: Delhi-NCR
Experience: 5–13 Years
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with expertise in interior finishing execution for commercial, residential, and institutional projects. The candidate should have strong site execution skills, the ability to coordinate with multiple agencies, and ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute and supervise all interior finishing activities at project sites.
- Manage daily site operations and ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Plan manpower, material requirements, and equipment for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure completion within the specified timelines.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline.
- Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material consumption reports.
- Coordinate billing measurements and contractor work certifications.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and ensure minimum project delays.

- MEP Coordination (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Wooden Flooring
- Glass & Aluminium Works
- Waterproofing & Civil Finishing Works
- Interior Fit-Out Works

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ, measurements, and billing.
- Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.

Educational Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in construction or project management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 5–13 years of experience in Site Building Execution and interior finishing execution.
- Experience handling commercial offices, retail, hospitality, residential, or institutional interior projects.
- Ability to manage multiple contractors and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Located in Delhi-NCR.
