Job Summary

Spectrum Solar is looking for an experienced Senior Executive – Human Resources to manage day-to-day HR operations and support business growth through effective people management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, statutory compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programmes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Handle employee grievances and promote positive employee relations.
- Assist in implementing performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, recruitment reports, and MIS as required by management.
- Support training and development programmes for employees.
- Coordinate confirmation, probation reviews, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
- Work closely with department heads to meet manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain HR policies, SOPs, and other employee-related documentation.
- Perform additional HR and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- MBA (HR) or Post Graduate qualification in Human Resources is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Experience working with HRMS and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in recruitment for technical, sales, and operational positions.
- Knowledge of performance management systems.
- Exposure to payroll coordination and statutory documentation.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
