We're Hiring: Manager-cum-Supervisor

Hotel Diliphu, Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh

Hotel Diliphu, a well-established 3-Star Hotel nestled in the scenic hills of Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh, is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Manager-cum-Supervisor to lead our hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel.
- Supervise Front Office, Housekeeping, Restaurant, Kitchen, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt resolution of guest concerns.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Coordinate room inventory, reservations, and occupancy management.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards across the property.
- Monitor hotel revenue, operational expenses, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety standards.
- Train, motivate, and guide hotel staff to deliver excellent service.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with the management.

Eligibility

- Graduate in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or any relevant discipline preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel operations,



with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage Operations, and Guest Relations.
- Computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software will be preferred.
- Willingness to relocate and reside in Bomdila, Arunachal Pradesh.
