Business Development Manager – Paper Printing & Packaging (Offset Printing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager with 3–5 years of experience in the paper printing and packaging industry, specializing in offset printing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the company's presence across FMCG, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, retail, and industrial packaging sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate recent business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Promote paper packaging and offset printing solutions, including mono cartons, paper boxes, brochures, inserts, paper bags, and commercial printing products.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with production, design,



and quality teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategic sales plans to drive business growth.
- Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the paper printing and packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of offset printing processes and paper packaging products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
