Business Development Manager (BDM) – Furniture & Turnkey Interiors

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities in the furniture manufacturing and turnkey interior segments.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, PMCs, and Corporate Clients.
- Identify and secure projects in Hotels, Hospitals, Offices, Pharma, Retail, and Commercial sectors.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and project discussions.
- Work closely with the design, estimation, production, and execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track project opportunities from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.




- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
- Maintain an active database of architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Furniture Manufacturing or Interior Industry.
- Strong network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Consultants, and Corporate Clients.
- Proven experience in project sales and turnkey interior business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of furniture products, materials, project specifications, and BOQ understanding.
- Ability to independently generate and close business opportunities
