- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

- Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

- Leads with 8+ Years Experience in ITIL/Support, status reporting and incident management.

- Lead a support team of 5+ members.

- Manage ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

- Oversee Azure Cloud and Data Production Support Operations.

- Ensure SLA adherence and drive technical debt reduction initiatives.

- Prepare and present issue/incident status reports for leadership reviews.

- Manage stakeholders and handle escalations effectively.

- Demonstrate strong ownership and excellent communication skills.





- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), Python, SQL, Dynatrace Monitoring, and troubleshooting.

- Solid troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

- Experience with ITIL/Service Now.

- Azure Cloud and Data Production Support Operations.

- ITIL/Service Now – Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks (ADB), Python, SQL, Dynatrace Monitoring, and troubleshooting.
