We're Hiring: Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) | Associate Manager

Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 7.5+ Years
Role: Associate Manager (P1)

We are looking for an experienced Service Now IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional to join our team. This role involves supporting critical enterprise applications, driving AI-enabled solutions, and ensuring seamless IT operations

RequirementsRequired Skills
✔️ 7.5+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Service Now ITOM
✔️ Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
✔️ Good understanding of the ITIL framework and Service Management
✔️ Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Experience with scripting/programming and enterprise application support
✔️ Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, or AI-assisted productivity tools is an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
