**Job Summary:** Performs advanced skilled activities to support manufacturing operations and business needs. Utilizes appropriate tools, machinery, and specialized equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Works independently and serves as a resource to coach and guide less experienced team members. **Key Responsibilities:** **Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE)** + Identify and immediately report hazards, incidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions. + Comply with all HSE policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. + Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. + Proactively promote a culture of safety and interdependence across teams. + Participate in HSE training and continuous safety improvement initiatives. + Minimize environmental impact through responsible work practices. **Quality** + Apply high standards of workmanship and craftsmanship in all tasks. + Perform work as per diagrams, manuals, and technical specifications. + Conduct quality inspections and identify areas of improvement. + Support equipment uptime through failure analysis and feedback into preventive maintenance systems. + Follow all process documentation and quality procedures. + Proactively raise concerns to minimize cost and quality risks. **Delivery & Operations** + Execute preventive, predictive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Support achievement of production targets through efficient task execution. + Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints and inefficiencies. + Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems. **Teamwork & Capability Building** + Communicate effectively with team members and support functions.
