**Role & Responsibilities:** + You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and finalization of books of accounts in accordance with Indian GAAP. + You will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to gather information required for monthly financial closing activities. + You will be responsible for preparing and posting journal vouchers (JVs) accurately and within defined timelines. + You will be responsible for preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding items. + You will be responsible for supporting internal and external audit processes by providing required financial information, schedules, and explanations. + You will be responsible for preparing month-end reports, including FC42/FC43 lease reports, stock statements, and other statutory or management reports. + You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with company accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements. + You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting continuous process improvements within the accounting function. **Minimum Qualifications Required:** + Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); **CA Inter / CMA Inter** preferred. + **3-5 years** of relevant experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes. + Sound knowledge of **Indian GAAP** ; exposure to **Ind AS** will be an added advantage. + Experience in month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and audit support. + Proficiency in **SAP/ERP systems** and **Microsoft Excel** . + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with attention to detail. + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work within strict reporting timelines.
