Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer interactions through voice calls.
- Assist customers with banking and financial service-related queries.
- Explain relevant products and services to customers.
- Handle sales, activation, retention or collection activities as assigned.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance standards.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with BPO, Customer Service, Sales, Banking, BFSI, Collections or Insurance experience are preferred.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
