We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and follow-ups.
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve sales targets.
• Build solid relationships with students and prospective customers.
• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Ensure a smooth admission and enrolment process.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales is mandatory.
- Edtech Expeience Is a Plus
- Candidates from any sales background are welcome.
- Freshers are not eligible for this position.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Robust convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and passionate about building a career in sales.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week.
